Holt served 8 years in the military and became a US Air Force Officer. He then moved back to Silicon Valley, led groups in start-ups, and then founded HEIT, a SaaS Security company, as CEO. Upon completion of two acquisitions, HEIT was successfully acquired by CSI, where he continued to build the business, increased profitability, and integrated several acquisitions.
