Before joining the FinMkt team, Barber began his career with JPMorgan’s investment banking group in New York and San Francisco. During his tenure there, he worked on a variety of mergers & acquisitions and capital raising transactions with software and technology clients. In total, he has advised corporate clients on transactions valued in excess of $12 billion.
Jolynn Swafford, Vice President, Growth and Partnerships
Prior to joining FinMkt, Swafford served in various executive roles in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. Throughout the span of her career, she was a global top achiever in SaaS and consulting services sales. She has worked with EY, PwC, Oracle, Gartner, Texas Health and Children’s Health. Jolynn is also a master life coach.
Erin Smith, Chief Marketing Officer
Before entering the fintech space as Brand Manager at small business lender, Lendistry, Smith’s career was largely in the real estate and financial sectors. She has held previous positions at Keller Williams Realty and Morgan Stanley. However, fintech turned out to be a natural fit for Ms. Smith who enjoys the challenge of being both analytical and creative.
