Key Executives

Michael Mueller, Chief Executive Officer

Michael set up Form3 in 2016 after spending more than 25 years in executive positions with Deutsche Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Barclays. Before that, he was Global Head of Cash Management and a Member of the Corporate Banking Executive at Barclays, where he had responsibility for the product management and distribution of the bank’s payment, corporate deposit, and customer access products.

Eimear O’Connor, Chief Operating Officer

Eimear joined Form3 as Chief Operating Officer in 2017 and is responsible for all aspects of business and service operations. Eimear has worked and consulted within financial services organizations on strategy, product and operations for over 20 years. She joined from Barclays where she was Retail and Commercial Director for Pingit, responsible for the global development and commercial management of the retail customer base for this award-winning open market payments platform.

Mike Walters, Chief Product Officer

Mike joined Form3 as CPO and a founding member of the business in 2016. He is responsible for the strategy, product development and product management as well as strategic initiatives and plays a key role in the business’ funding.

He is also a member of the Bank of England’s ‘Standard Advisory Panel’ – helping to shape the co-ordinated development of payments in the UK.

Prior to Form3 from Barclaycard Payment Acceptance (card acquiring) where, as Product Director, he was a member of the Executive Committee and responsible for P&L, product management, strategy development, vendor selection and management, digital transformation and M&A.

Bonnie Mitchell, Chief Financial Officer

Bonnie is a chartered accountant with a 20-year track record of working with incubator and scale up organizations both nationally and internationally. Bonnie began her career at EY Banking Audit and Assurance and RBS Treasury before moving to a new venture with a high growth retail brand, pre-revenue in 2016. The venture was successfully launched in both UK and US retail markets. On the back of its success, Bonnie and its founders set up a US based FMCG brand incubator, Green Park Brands Inc.

In her role as CFO, Bonnie has primary responsibility for financial planning, risk management and financial reporting for the global organization, supporting its next phase of growth as it expands across Europe and beyond.

Steve Cook, Chief Technology Officer

Steve has developed great products and managed dynamic technology teams in the financial services sector for over 20 years. He brings a broad range of experience in FinTech, having led key technology teams across banking (Lehman Brothers, Nomura, Gain Capital), and having launched several startups in the FinTech and cloud computing space. Steve previously lived and worked in Asia for 15 years, and has extensive experience in the Asian banking and capital markets environment. He also holds a degree in theoretical physics from Cambridge University. As the CTO of Form3, Steve is responsible for all aspects of technology, including product architecture, development, delivery and support of the Form3 Financial Cloud.

Julian Colls, Chief Customer Officer

Julian joined the Form3 Customer Success team in 2017 and as Chief Customer Officer now leads the coordinated efforts of the Business Development, Specialist Sales and Account Management teams. Julian moved to Form3 following several years at Fiserv as an account director, prior to leading the account management team for the EMEA business.

Having started his career at KPMG in financial services consulting, Julian then held senior technology sales and strategy consulting roles at London Bridge Software (FICO) and Microsoft, gaining further valuable industry experience which included helping to launch one of the world’s first digital challenger banks in South Africa.

Julian holds a Geography MA from Pembroke College, Oxford.

Simeon Lando, Chief Marketing Officer

Simeon has over 20 years in B2B marketing and has extensive experience leading marketing organizations for technology enterprises, including financial software and cloud services. Simeon joined Form3 from Finastra, where he was Senior Director for Marketing. Previously, Simeon was Marketing Director at Thomson Reuters Financial & Risk and subsequently Refinitiv. He has also had senior Marketing roles at Barclaycard and PayPal. As the CMO of Form3, Simeon and his team are responsible for the company’s brand evolution, the go-to-market strategy, and forging new partnerships through co-marketing and co-innovation.

Simeon holds a Masters in Marketing from Kingston University Business School, London.

Giles Hawkins, Chief Legal Officer

Giles is part of the Executive Leadership team and is responsible for providing legal counsel to the Board of Directors, CEO and other senior management on a range of company issues.

Previously, Giles was a partner in the technology team at law firm Ashfords where he was corporate counsel for Form3 for over five years. Before joining Ashfords, Giles was a member of the Technology Companies Group in the London office of Orrick. Giles has also worked at Heller Ehrmann, Accel, the venture capital fund, and WilmerHale and he brings over 20 years’ experience of acting for fast growing, disruptive technology companies.

Achilleas Pitsillides, Chief Information Security Officer

Achilleas has over 26 years of experience as an information technology professional in financial services, specializing in core banking, payments and digital banking systems, providing expertise in security, infrastructure and application architecture, security management, enterprise security consulting, building information security management systems and business continuity management systems in private and public clouds.

He has worked and consulted all over the world predominantly in the USA, Australia and the UK to many banks and FinTech companies including, Fiserv, Bank One, JPMC, ANZ Bank, Panin Bank, Tesco bank, Tandem Bank and Sopra Banking Software.

As the CISO of Form3, Achilleas is responsible for protecting the company and delivering a best-in-class security function.
