Martin Toha, CEO, Founder


Martin Toha is a serial entrepreneur whose passion is identifying challenges for companies and their customers and designing solutions that meet them where they are. He built and sold his first tech product in high school and has been looking for new problems to solve ever since.


Martin launched Array, a leading financial innovation platform, in 2020 with a mission to fuel financial progress and serves as the company’s CEO. Array helps digital brands, financial institutions, and fintechs get compelling consumer products to market faster. Array offers a suite of embeddable, customizable products that help clients drive engagement, increase conversions, unlock new revenue streams, and empower consumers.


Array was started when Martin realized there was an opportunity to create fintech products that meet consumers where they are instead of having them adopt multiple new apps from competing companies.

Prior to Array, Martin founded and served as CEO of Pentius, a company that creates consumer credit management products and services. He previously founded and led VOIP.com and prior to that ran OrderMachine, an e-commerce and payments company.


Martin grew up in Florida and currently lives in New York with his wife and 4 children.


Alem Sendaba, COO & General Counsel


Alem Sendaba (he/him) is Array’s COO and General Counsel where he combines his extensive experience and legal expertise to drive and scale the organization’s enterprise readiness strategy. While Alem has held several roles at Array, in his current role, he is an executive sponsor for the organization’s largest and most complex clients, and is tasked with strengthening the organization’s internal cohesion, efficiency, and operational excellence.


Driven by an innate curiosity to solve hard, interesting problems, Alem has had a long and successful tenure of joining organizations at the ground level and has held leadership positions at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Bluecore, Oracle, and Kiva.org.


He holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and is certified by the California State Bar and the International Association of Privacy Professionals.


Kew Kelly-Yuoh, CFO


Kew Kelly-Yuoh has more than two decades of financial management experience working across several industries. He is an expert at establishing comprehensive financial controls in high-growth private companies in addition to fundraising and strategic finance.


Most recently, Kelly-Yuoh was CFO of Pedago, an online education company. He spent three years as CFO of Cheddar, and played a leadership role in the successful acquisition of the company by Altice USA. After the purchase, he directed all financial planning for Cheddar and several other Altice media properties.

Prior to Cheddar, Kelly-Yuoh was CFO of Kickstarter PBC and started his career as an equities, treasuries and mortgage-backed securities analyst on Wall Street.


Greg Johnson, Chief Sales Officer


Greg Johnson serves as the Chief Sales Officer of Array, steering its expanding sales team forward as the company seeks to maintain and build upon its current momentum.


Prior to joining Array, Johnson was an Industry Practice lead at Moody’s Analytics after leading the integration of go-to market functions following Moody’s acquisition of Cortera, a leading provider of North American business risk data and analytics, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. He also was the Chief Revenue Officer of IDI, a consumer and business data and analytics solution provider, and has more than 25 years of combined customer facing experience from roles at LexisNexis Risk Solutions and EMC (now Dell/EMC).


Greg stands out as a Chief Sales Officer with a remarkable knack for not only achieving outstanding results but also for empowering his team. He excels at identifying and nurturing talent throughout the organization, leveraging these skills for significant accomplishments. His leadership is characterized by a unique blend of strategic vision and a hands-on, data-driven approach to driving sales excellence and organizational growth.


Kelly Shea, SVP, Talent Strategy


Passionate about fueling financial progress, Kelly is a people leader focused on Array’s talent acquisition and overall performance, talent development strategy.

Prior to Array, Kelly had a successful career in financial services and big tech, creating bespoke scalable talent solutions driven by data insights. Kelly is an active Chief member and completed her EMBA in July 2022 from Quantic School of Business and Technology. She is a trusted advisor for a number of inclusive hiring enablement tools, and most notably sits on the product advisory board for BrightHire.

Kelly has an impressive record of delivering results and enabling her team, as well as unlocking talent across the organization for high-impact achievement.
