Atom Bank Appoints Ayshea Robertson as Chief People Officer

Atom Bank, the UK's first app-only bank, has named Ayshea Robertson as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). Robertson will concentrate on developing Atom's creative workplace culture. Robertson joins Atom at a pivotal stage of growth, and is tasked with driving employee engagement, fostering talent, and overseeing the bank’s recruitment strategies. Robertson will also play a key role in Atom’s initiatives to address the digital skills gap in the North East, including internships and mentoring programs for local students. She brings a wealth of HR leadership expertise from her time at Zen Internet and other prestigious companies, including Bellway Homes and Newcastle Building Society.
