Sharma brings more than 20 years of experience as a senior technology leader, with expertise in driving transformative initiatives across financial services and media. A certified AWS Solutions Architect and Project Management Professional, Sharma has a proven track record of leveraging emerging technologies, including AI and scalable cloud architectures, to deliver business results. As CTO, he will focus on modernizing and automating payment processes while enhancing data governance, security, and operational efficiency.
Before joining Boost, Sharma led data science and engineering initiatives at Audible, an Amazon company, where he developed advanced recommender systems and fraud prevention strategies. At RBC Capital Markets, he played a key role in implementing data strategies and transformation programs for finance, risk, and regulatory reporting functions. Boost CEO Dean M.
