Bateman brings nearly 30 years of experience in financial services, with a proven track record of driving technological modernization for global teams. He will oversee the growth of Finastra’s lending solutions, working closely with customers and partners to support their technology transformation through the company’s Open Finance strategy, cloud, and Gen-AI solutions. Bateman is also committed to advancing inclusion, diversity, sustainability, and workplace well-being within the industry.

Prior to joining Finastra, Bateman served as Head of Sales for Corporates and International Banking at FIS.
