Schwartz will transition to Chief Innovation Officer, while Amelio will remain on the company’s advisory board.
Rangan, a graduate of the Indian Institute of Management and Bangalore University, expressed enthusiasm for his new role and emphasized his commitment to furthering DoubleCheck’s impact on financial technology. The company is known for its real-time overdraft and non-sufficient funds notification system.
