Gigs, a Telecom-as-a-Service (TaaS) platform headquartered in San Francisco, has appointed Rishi Sachdeva as its new Head of Fintech. Sachdeva, formerly of fintech giant Stripe, brings a wealth of experience from his tenure as head of GTM partnerships and business development at Stripe, where he spent six years cultivating partnerships and driving business growth. Prior to his role at Stripe, Sachdeva served as head of developer partnerships and platform products at Betable.
In his new role at Gigs, Sachdeva will oversee the platform's fintech strategy and expansion efforts, focusing on cultivating key partnerships to capitalize on the growing interest among fintechs in embedding Gigs' solutions. His appointment follows a series of leadership additions at Gigs, including Steven van Bommel, who joined as Head of Finance in January of this year. Sachdeva's extensive knowledge and networks are expected to further propel Gigs' position as the world's first TaaS platform, enabling financial institutions to integrate mobile and data plans seamlessly with credit or debit cards.
