Andrew Atherton has been appointed as Managing Director of the FinTech Group at Houlihan Lokey, a global investment bank. Atherton, who is based in San Francisco, will work in close collaboration with colleagues in both the FinTech and Technology divisions to cover a variety of FinTech sectors and FinTech-adjacent enterprise software companies. Atherton brings extensive experience from his previous role at Union Square Advisors, where he advised on M&A transactions, private capital financings, and strategic advisory assignments. His background also includes positions at RBC Capital Markets’ Technology Investment Banking Group and Goldman Sachs’ Special Situations Group.
