Cover, a seasoned technology strategist with over 30 years of experience, will guide iPipeline’s technological vision and roadmap as the company embarks on its next phase of growth. Cover will guarantee that iPipeline's global technological infrastructure continues to facilitate digital transformation, thereby improving the speed, efficiency, and growth of the life insurance and financial services sectors, by concentrating on the delivery of innovative solutions that streamline and connect the industry.
Cover's extensive experience encompasses the development of solutions that advance and align with business strategy, as well as the leadership of high-performing technology teams. He has held significant roles at major technology companies such as UKG, UnitedHealth Group, Microsoft, and CentralSquare Technologies, where he executed technology strategies and oversaw global software development. Joining iPipeline’s Executive Leadership Team, Cover will report directly to CEO Pat O’Donnell and will be instrumental in expanding the company’s technological capabilities. His appointment, along with other recent C-suite hires, positions iPipeline to continue advancing its digital solutions and transforming the life insurance, annuities, and wealth management industries.
