Chief Technology Officer of Data at Fiserv, Marc Rind, has played a pivotal role in shaping data management and technology throughout his career. After completing his master’s degree in business communications from Emerson College, he entered the tech industry during the internet boom of the 1990s. His passion for data led him through various DotCom startups before joining Automatic Data Processing (ADP), where he helped build a cloud-based data system that served over 600,000 businesses. Rind’s tenure at ADP also contributed to key projects like the National Employment Report, driving data-driven insights across the company.
In 2020, Rind transitioned to Fiserv, a leading financial technology firm working with over 1,800 financial institutions worldwide. At Fiserv, Rind has been leading efforts to create a cloud-based data ecosystem that brings together siloed data from different business units. His goal is to enable seamless data integration across the organization while preserving the independence of each unit’s data ownership. This strategic move is designed to enhance the company’s ability to deliver unique, actionable insights to its clients, positioning Fiserv at the forefront of data innovation in the fintech space.
