Fagen, a seasoned financial strategist with over 25 years of experience, will manage Pagaya's investor relations and lead key financial initiatives to drive continued growth. Fagen brings expertise from his previous roles at SoFi, where he oversaw investor relations and played a critical role in the company’s public listing. His background also includes senior positions at Citadel, Goldman Sachs, and UBS, where he specialized in media, telecom, and technology sectors.
Pagaya, known for its innovative use of machine learning and AI to reshape the financial ecosystem, aims to expand access to consumer credit and real estate products. The company integrates its API and capital solutions into a wide network of partners, offering seamless financial experiences to users. As Fagen assumes his new role, he succeeds Jency John, who will transition to VP of Commercial Finance.
