Leading international Fintech company, Broadridge Financial Solutions, announced that Roz Smith has been named Chief Operating Officer of Broadridge International. Prior to joining Broadridge, Smith worked with HSBC for 18 years, most recently served as Head of Strategy and Change Management in the Markets & Securities Services division's Non-Financial Risk unit. Smith, who is based in London, will work with Broadridge International President, Mike Sleightholme, to expand the company's footprint in the Asia Pacific and EMEA areas. Her responsibilities will include managing programs, supervising implementation procedures, increasing operational productivity and efficiency, and making sure that national and regional organizational structures are strong. Sleightholme expressed confidence in Smith's ability to expand client relationships and optimize operations, given her extensive financial services experience and program management expertise.
