R&T Deposit Solutions, a finserv company, has announced the appointment of Susan Cosgrove as its Chief Executive Officer and Chair. Cosgrove, who previously served as Executive Chairperson, succeeds Joe Jerkovich, who is retiring as CEO but will remain a Strategic Advisor. Over the past 14 months, Cosgrove has played a key role in the company’s strategic direction, leading efforts to enhance operational resilience, invest in digital capabilities, and build an experienced executive team. With more than two decades of experience at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, where she served as President of Clearing & Securities Services and Global CFO, she brings extensive expertise in financial management and liquidity risk.
Cosgrove emphasized her commitment to responsible innovation and operational excellence, ensuring R&T continues to provide high-value services to clients. Jerkovich and other industry leaders expressed confidence in her ability to guide the company’s growth.
