The Access Fund invests predominantly in the Underlying Fund (85-90%), with the remainder allocated to liquid assets for redemption requirements. Utilizing an open-ended structure, the fund offers quarterly subscription options and liquidity access, making it an attractive alternative for long-term investors seeking exposure to private infrastructure investments.
