Ryan, a prominent provider of tax services and software, has announced the successful acquisition of the property tax services business of Altus Group Limited for approximately $486 million. This strategic acquisition establishes Ryan's property tax presence in the United Kingdom while deepening its capabilities across Canada and the United States. With this transaction, Ryan also gains Altus’s itamlink property tax management software and a three-year subscription to Altus Market Insights, further enhancing its tax.com software offerings and market intelligence tools. Approximately 1,000 team members from Altus have joined Ryan.
Altus Group’s property tax services business, which generated $183 million in revenue in 2023, complements Ryan’s existing portfolio with its strong client service foundation. Ryan is exclusively dedicated to business taxes, serving over 32,000 clients across more than 80 countries. G.
