The Top 25 FinTech Sales Executives of 2021

The Financial Technology Report is pleased to announce the Top 25 FinTech Sales Executives of 2021. This year’s awardees are driving modern finance forward through innovative solutions, streamlining financial transactions, and broadening inclusivity by reaching previously underserved populations. Their companies have played a major role in elevating the fintech sector to record revenue by providing sought-after solutions such as AI and machine learning, insurtech, and mobile payments, among many other financial technologies.

Take Square, for instance, which capitalized immediately on the success of its recently launched Square Banking suite by acquiring popular buy now pay later platform Afterpay. While some fintechs stick to a singular offering, Square’s Global Head of Sales Ashley Grech has spearheaded the 5,500-employee company’s diversification of its ecosystem. Whether it’s a fintech veteran like Vice President of Sales David Jones, who’s been with Pekin Insurance for 45 years, or Chief Growth Officer Mike Sullivan, who personally bootstrapped his strategic advisory firm OneDigital, this group of 25 represents some of the best and brightest sales drivers the fintech sector has to offer.

Criteria for the list included weighing each executive’s career milestones, track record of success, and tenure in and impact to the industry, in addition to award recognition and plaudits earned from colleagues and clients. Please join us in recognizing and celebrating the achievements of the Top 25 FinTech Sales Executives of 2021.
