“Spiff is being used by our Rev ops team so that our sales team is able to have a clear view of our commission and payments. It allows us to have full transparency into our commission, easily integrates with our CRM and allows us to track our payments.” – Daniela Della Cioppa, Account Executive, Bizzabo
“Spiff has been awesome in being transparent and showing all my sales reps exactly what they’re earning even if the commissions can be hard to track sometimes. It’s quite useful and makes my job a lot easier.” – Lawson Lighten, Sales Representative, Greenix
“Intuitive, accurate, and visual. A tool that I can trust to keep me on track. The integration with Salesforce is consistently accurate, meaning that I can trust the numbers and know exactly how I am tracking throughout the month.” – Jamie Williams, Sales Development Rep, Lucid
“My favorite thing about Spiff is the transparency and for the reps and sales leadership to be able to login and see exactly where they are in real-time.” – Josh Lawson, Corporate Controller, Weave
“Spiff has impacted the automation of our internal process between booking, delivering and recognizing revenue for payout to Sales. It has streamlined discrepancies between multiple platforms for commission payouts.” – Brian Lubocki, Director, Enterprise Sales, Madison Logic
“Spiff gives our sales reps and managers visibility into their commission statements so they can not only see what they’re making, but also their potential earnings and calculations for the quarter and the full year. It’s front and center for them so it drives motivation.” – Dane Voboril
VP, Revenue Operations, Bynder
“Spiff’s commission forecast function is a big differentiator. This gives reps a better understanding of what’s in their pipeline. Spiff shows them their potential and increases visibility, which motivates them to move even faster.” – Kevin Liu, Manager of GTM Finance
“Account executives work in Salesforce all the time, so Spiff’s calculation tracing provides visibility using logic they understand. The number of questions have gone down dramatically across the board.” – Chloe Sayers, Finance Manager
“Our implementation was quick and aggressive. It was also a two-way street. It’s not just on the vendor itself to get it done. I knew what I had to do to ensure we stuck to the timeline and hit that goal.” – Zach Harris, Sr. Sales Operations Manager
“Ultimately, my team’s objective is to pay our sales reps and pay them accurately and Spiff has allowed us to make this a more transparent process opposed to what we were doing in spreadsheets.” – Dan Gifford, CFO
“Spiff’s easy-to-use UI, seamless data sharing, and access to reports in real-time have helped us bridge a lot of gaps. We were able to easily roll-out a unique commission structure that helped us retain 100% of our account executives during a critical period of growth. The tool continues to improve, and we’re excited to have Spiff continue to support us as we grow!” – Daryl Allen, Sr Director of Finance
“I’ve never been able to talk to someone so quickly before and get a team up to speed throughout an implementation. I don’t know how many people can say that.” – Danielle Wills, Sr Sales Operations Analyst
“Spiff gives our sales reps and managers visibility into their commission statements so they can not only see what they’re making, but also their potential earnings and calculations for the quarter and the full year. It’s front and center for them so it drives that motivation, which is the goal of a successful commission plan.” – Dane Voboril, VP, Revenue Operations
“It’s not the sales organizations job to check the finance organization’s work and they shouldn’t feel like they have to. It’s unfortunate that sometimes when you’re working with spreadsheets that it comes down to that and that’s fair because compensation is important to employees. But when you have a SaaS product that calculates monthly commission amounts, it really gives reps more trust in the process.” – Bryan Schmitz, Director of Revenue Operations
“With Spiff, reps get insight into every single account. So, if there was an adjustment made on an account, they can reach out to finance and ask questions, as opposed to before they would have to ask for a breakdown of all of the adjustments because the gross number made no sense to them.” – Mark Guilday, Revenue Operations Manager
“My favorite thing about Spiff is the transparency and for the reps and sales leadership to be able to log in and see exactly where they are in real-time.” – Josh Lawson, Corporate Controller
