Wayflyer, a financing company for consumer brands, has appointed Victor Tuson Palau as its first Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Palau will lead the company’s technology and engineering functions, supporting its expansion and product development. With more than two decades of experience, he previously held senior positions at Bitpanda, Ebury, Bitnami, and Canonical. He also co-founded the sustainability startup Greengame. Wayflyer’s CEO and Founder, Aidan Corbett, expressed confidence in Palau’s expertise, emphasizing, “I’m delighted to welcome Victor to the business. He brings a wealth of technical and leadership expertise supporting high-growth startups. I look forward to working closely with him as we rapidly expand operations and evolve into a true multi-product business.”
Palau joins Wayflyer at a time of significant expansion. The company has recently broadened its services beyond eCommerce to support wholesale businesses. As part of the senior leadership team, he will focus on scaling the platform and driving product innovation.
