Most people face rejection in their careers, but Don argued that entrepreneurs drink it from a firehose - from credit funds to VC capital to customers who opt for competitors.
But because Don continued to fight for his full-stack tech banking idea - ultimately launching it in 2021 with co-founder Nick Lombardo - Arc Technologies now has over 1,000 companies in its portfolio and $300 million in capital available.
